Yes, and when we near capacity for timely appointments, we have several health care providers who want to join our collaborative approach to healthcare.
Functional medicine is where providers treat the “whole” person and search for the root cause of disease. This approach to healthcare is a collaborative patient and provider partnership. Because providers are not beholden to insurance company limitations, they are able to better listen to you to understand your overall health, giving the power of healing to the patient. We believe that by studying the individual their environment (nutrition, exercise, toxic exposures, sleep habits, stress, mental health), we are better equipped to help our patients achieve improved health and wellness.
Functional medicine looks at the whole individual and is for everyone who values a more holistic approach to managing their health. After the initial visit, patients may be seen for annual wellness exams and acute visits. Grange Wellness offers primary care services for all ages. We want to be your health partner through all stages of life, helping you live the healthiest life possible.
Membership is not required. We will be offering a options for those who need a more frequent level of care to work through disease and chronic issues. We recognize that many of our patients are already experiencing a level of wellness they are happy with and simply want to create a doctor/patient relationship in the event that it is needed as well as occasional help continuing on a preventative wellness journey.
We do not accept insurance or Medicare; we do not file insurance claims on your behalf; nor do we assist with claim resolution. However, we will provide a ICD and CPT codes that you can submit this to your insurance carrier. For assistance with your reimbursement you may want to contact your insurance provider. We are unable to answer any questions about your insurance as each plan varies. We expect payment in full by check, cash or credit card due at the time services are provided.
We bill based on time with the provider. The price is $100 per 15 minute k for an ear increment. New patient visits with Dr. Nelligan range from 30 - 60 minutes depending on what you have concerns about. Most follow up visits are 15 minutes unless you have a lot of concerns to cover.
We try and help you select the appropriate amount of time for your visit when you call to schedule. However, we ask that you please help the providers keep to that time period to help us stay on schedule for all patients. We are happy to schedule a telehealth or in person follow up if you are unable to cover every topic during your appointment. If you know you are bringing a lot of labs and imaging to review, you will need a longer appointment in order to properly meet your needs. If we schedule an hour and you only use 45 minutes, we will reduce the rate to 45 minutes. The same is also true, if we schedule 15 minutes but you require 30 minutes, you will be billed for that time.
All established patients may utilize telemedicine. Annual exams and physicals or any health requiring hands on will be done in person in the office.
Telehealth is charged the same way as an office visit, by provider time plus any procedures.
When your telemedicine visit is scheduled, you’ll receive an email with a secure Zoom link for your appointment. You will also receive a confirmation email that contains your secure Zoom link 24 hours before your appointment.

For certain health issues requiring shorter interaction time, a phone call may be sufficient in place of video.

We are here to help you. Whether you need assistance finding a provider, have questions about your bill, or need to get in contact with your provider, it is our intent to efficiently connect you with the appropriate person who can promptly answer your questions.
Please do not contact providers via text message or social media messaging. They will not be able to respond on those platforms.
